The LiveWell Program is designed to promote healthy living and to encourage TeamHealth employees and family members to take charge of their health in order to be healthy and stay healthy. Looking for information about diabetes prevention and management? A portal has been created with more information about resources available. For example, did you know that diabetes supplies (glucometers, lancets, testing strips) are covered at 100% through prescription mail order?
