Employees on TeamHealth medical insurance pay an extra $720/year if they and/or covered dependents use tobacco. Programs and incentives are in place to help you and your covered family members quit. More than 180 TeamHealth employees and family members that have quit smoking since the TeamHealth Wellness Program took effect.

• LiveWell will reimburse your out-of-pocket expenses for Chantix, Wellbutrin, or Bupropion if prescribed by your doctor (for employees and spouses on TeamHealth medical insurance). Chantix has a 44% success rate in helping people quit.
• LiveWell will credit your paycheck for $50 for completing a tobacco cessation program.
• Employees and family members with United health insurance through TeamHealth may enroll in United's Telephonic Health Coaching Program by calling 800.478.1057.
